一、试剂盒简介
本试剂盒是简单快速从细胞到cDNA的一步法试剂盒，无需复杂的RNA提取步骤，试剂盒中含有gDNA Remover可有效去除基因组DNA，极大降低了基因组DNA的污染。具体过程是：根据细胞数，按照80 µl /10万细胞的量加Cell Lysis Buffer，吹吸10次，充分裂解细胞；立即吸出4 - 8 µl细胞裂解产物，加入0.8 µl gDNA Remover，室温反应5 min，即可去除基因组DNA。然后加入逆转录试剂，充分混匀后，只需42℃、15 min即可得到cDNA。
