文献和实验绿脓杆菌（ p.aeruginosa ）属假单胞菌属 (pseudomonas) ，广泛分布于自然界及正常人皮肤、肠道和呼吸道，是临床上较常见的条件致病菌之一。大小为 1.5 ～ 3.0 × 0.5 ～ 0.8um ， g- 杆菌。菌体一端一般有一根鞭毛，运动活泼。无芽胞，米液型菌株有多糖荚膜或糖萼，具有抗吞噬作用。在普通培养基上生长良好，专性需氧。菌落形态不一，多数直径 2 ～ 3mm ，边缘不剂齐，扁平湿润。在血琼脂平板上形成透明溶血环。液体培养呈混浊生长
