适用于DNA*(代"片")段和载体DNA的连接以及DNA*(代"片")段和Linker或Adaptor DNA的连接。
● 注意事项
1．2×ligation solution MasterMix由于含有T4 DNA ligase，使用前冰浴中彻底融化，混匀后使用。
2．为了提高转化效率，转化时建议所加入连接产物的量不要超过感受态细胞体积的10%。
