SUMO蛋白酶，也称为ULP蛋白酶，是一种 具有较高活性的半胱氨酸蛋白酶。SUMO 蛋白酶以一种非常特异的方式切割蛋白， 相对于 EK 和 TEV 等蛋白酶的短小识别位 点，它特异性识别类泛素（UBL）蛋白的 三级结构－SUMO（Small Ubiquitin-Like Modifier），而不是氨基酸序列，故该蛋白 酶可以切割重组融合蛋白的SUMO。切割 的最佳温度为30℃，该酶作用温度和pH范 围（pH7-9）都比较广泛。酶切后，可通过 Ni-NTA Resin亲和纯化很容易地将SUMO 去除。本产品浓度为5 U/μL。
