产品及特点:
SUMO蛋白酶,也称为ULP蛋白酶,是一种具有较高活性的半胱氨酸蛋白酶。SUMO蛋白酶以一种非常特异的方式切割蛋白,相对于 EK 和 TEV 等蛋白酶的短小识别位点,它特异性识别类泛素(UBL)蛋白的三级结构-SUMO(Small Ubiquitin-LikeModifier),而不是氨基酸序列,故该蛋白酶可以切割重组融合蛋白的SUMO。切割的最佳温度为30℃,该酶作用温度和pH范围(pH7-9)都比较广泛。酶切后,可通过Ni-NTA Resin亲和纯化很容易地将SUMO去除。本产品浓度为5 U/μL。
