功能
Functions as a calcium- and diacylglycerol (DAG)-regulated nucleotide exchange factor specifically activating Ras through the exchange of bound GDP for GTP (PubMed:15899849, PubMed:23908768). Activates the Erk/MAP kinase cascade (PubMed:15899849). Regulates T-cell/B-cell development, homeostasis and differentiation by coupling T-lymphocyte/B-lymphocyte antigen receptors to Ras (PubMed:10807788, PubMed:12839994). Regulates NK cell cytotoxicity and ITAM-dependent cytokine production by activation of Ras-mediated ERK and JNK pathways (PubMed:19933860). Functions in mast cell degranulation and cytokine secretion, regulating FcERI-evoked allergic responses (By similarity). 单抗主要是鼠单抗、兔单抗，多抗主要是兔多抗、山羊多抗等，其他种属来源抗体较少。不建议纠结于单抗好还是多抗好，能做出实验的抗体就是好抗体。 在选择上一般建议实验种属和抗体种属亲缘性越远越好，不宜同源。抗体不同种属会要影响接下来二抗的选配。特别是在免疫荧光双标实验中，需要在区别于实验种属的基础上，区分开两个指标的抗体种属来源，以便于二抗区别识别。 3. 关于性价比的选择 抗体的品质高低最终还是需要通过实验结果来呈现的，但是在选择抗体之前我们并无法准确判断抗体的效果
