功能
Nuclear receptor coactivator that directly binds nuclear receptors and stimulates the transcriptional activities in a hormone-dependent fashion. Involved in the coactivation of different nuclear receptors, such as for steroids (PGR, GR and ER), retinoids (RXRs), thyroid hormone (TRs) and prostanoids (PPARs). Also involved in coactivation mediated by STAT3, STAT5A, STAT5B and STAT6 transcription factors. Displays histone acetyltransferase activity toward H3 and H4; the relevance of such activity remains however unclear. Plays a central role in creating multisubunit coactivator complexes that act via remodeling of chromatin, and possibly acts by participating in both chromatin remodeling and recruitment of general transcription factors. Required with NCOA2 to control energy balance between white and brown adipose tissues. Required for mediating steroid hormone response. 文献和实验单抗主要是鼠单抗、兔单抗，多抗主要是兔多抗、山羊多抗等，其他种属来源抗体较少。不建议纠结于单抗好还是多抗好，能做出实验的抗体就是好抗体。 在选择上一般建议实验种属和抗体种属亲缘性越远越好，不宜同源。抗体不同种属会要影响接下来二抗的选配。特别是在免疫荧光双标实验中，需要在区别于实验种属的基础上，区分开两个指标的抗体种属来源，以便于二抗区别识别。 3. 关于性价比的选择 抗体的品质高低最终还是需要通过实验结果来呈现的，但是在选择抗体之前我们并无法准确判断抗体的效果
