D2000 plus II DNA ladder

本产品是由9条带状双链DNA组成，适用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳中DNA条带的分析。产品中已含有1×loading buffer，可根据实验需要，直接取2-5μl电泳，使用方便，电泳图像清晰。8条带的大小分别为100，250，500，750，1000，1500，2000，3000，5000bp。其中750bp条带为100ng/5μl，显示加亮带，其余条带浓度为50ng/5μl。
● 储存条件：4℃ 贮存6个月；-20℃贮存一年。
● 使用方法：1.取2-5μl本产品加入到琼脂糖凝胶的加样孔中就行电泳。
注：根据梳子的厚度和宽度进行上样。每1mm×1mm（厚度×宽度）加样孔上样1μl。窄齿梳子（一般为1mm×2mm）上样2μl；宽齿梳子（一般为1mm×5mm）上样5μl。如果使用厚齿梳子或宽于5mm的梳子，可以适当调整上样量。
2.建议电泳条件：凝胶浓度为1.0-2.0％，凝胶长度5-7cm，电泳电压4-10v/cm，电泳时间25-30分钟。
3.通过EB染色后紫外灯下观察条带。
注：如果使用Goldview等染料就行染色，由于灵敏度比EB低，请酌情增加Marker的上样量。
● 注意事项：1.琼脂糖的质量对DNA的电泳有很大影响，电泳时请尽量使用质量优等的琼脂糖。
2.请使用新鲜配制的电泳缓冲液和新鲜配制的琼脂糖凝胶进行电泳，以保证Marker良好的分离效果。
