    背景资料MAG1 is the endoplasmic reticulum form of acyl-CoA:glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase - which catalyzes the initial step of de novo triacylglycerol synthesis by converting glycerol-3-phosphate to lysophosphatidic acid. Overexpression of MAG1 activates the mTOR pathway.
