英文名称：ExcelBand Enhanced 3-color Regular Range Protein Marker
产品描述：增强型三彩蛋白质常规分子量标记，用于15%蛋白质电泳凝胶分析，内含10条参考蛋白条带，经电泳分离后分别呈现蓝色、绿色和红色，条带分明，清晰可见，其中绿色条带为25KDa、红色条带为75KDa。
片段范围：10-180KDa。
存储温度：4℃保存不小于3个月，-20℃保存不小于24个月。
成分：约0.2~0.6 mg/ml 的各种蛋白存储于缓冲液中(20 mM 三磷酸肌醇 (pH 7.5), 2% SDS, 0.2 mM DTT, 3.6 M 尿素, 15% (v/v) 甘油).
质控：在建议条件下，经15% SDS-PAGE （甘氨酸缓冲液）电泳，及与纤维膜的免疫印迹后，PM2510分子量标记呈现10个主条带。
