MEGMTM BulletKitTM is optimized and readily available media kit giving researchers the confidence and the convenience of a system that works to support their cells. This is especially important for researchers who are utilizing normal breast cell lines as a stepping stone to primary HMEC cell culture. Working with the same media between cell lines and primary cells can reduce variability within the experiments and simplifies the shift for researchers. In addition, if primary HMECs are utilized as a side-by-side control with normal breast cell lines, the MEGMTM BulletKitTM media may also offer cost-benefits since customers can use the same media to support both cell types.
