描述: PACS proteins are involved in the localization of trans-Golgi network (TGN) membrane proteins that contain acidic cluster sorting motifs. PACS-1, or Phosphofurin acidic cluster sorting protein 1, is involved in protein sorting and ion channel trafficking. It directs the trans-Golgi network (TGN) localization of furin and M6PR (Mannose 6-phosphate receptor). PACS-1 also mediates the binding of VAMP4, a TGN-to-endosome transport protein, to AP-1.
应用稀释比例: Western blot: 1-3ug/ml
应用说明: Provided assay concentrations are suggestions only, antibody titration may be required for optimal results.
免疫原: A recombinant protein fragment from the intermal portion of human PACS-1 was used as the immunogen for this antibody.
防腐剂: 0.5 mg/ml in 1X PBS with 0.1 mg/ml rAlbumin, 0.05% sodium azide

保存条件: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
