1、故障现象用户反映YWG C18 10μ（4.6mmX150mm）色谱柱使用20天左右后，柱压升高约1Mpa左右，分离效果变差，用蒸馏水清洗色谱柱没有明显改善。色谱柱分离度不好，柱效不高，可能是用户分析发酵液，简单的过滤后进样分析，其中的蛋白质等可能没有去除完全，致使过多的蛋白质沉淀在色谱柱中，加之对沉淀的蛋白质没有及时冲洗，长时间后，破坏C18官能团，而且客户使用纯水长时间冲洗色谱柱，官能团坍塌的可能性也很大。色谱柱压力增加，可能是柱头筛板被样品杂质堵塞，或者填料被污染或被流动相破坏，导致
