Description
Lucifer yellow CH, lithium salt is a water-soluble dye with excitation/emission peaks of 428/536 nm. It is a favorite tool for studying neuronal morphology, because it contains a carbohydrazide (CH) group that allows it to be covalently linked to surrounding biomolecules during aldehyde fixation. The lithium salt form of the lucifer yellow CH is commonly used for microinjection because it has higher solubility than the potassium and ammonium salt forms of lucifer yellow CH.

文献和实验ilzmx 我的方法是将人正常肝细胞(买的细胞株)在六孔板内的盖玻片上，待长满融合后，在六孔板内操作，用PBS洗三次，加0.05% lucifer yellow染料1ML,然后用手术刀片在玻片上划痕,放回培养箱内孵育5-8分钟(3分钟也试过),然后PBS洗2-3次,取出盖玻片在荧光显微镜下观察,细胞未经任何处理,染料传输情况很不理想,我在文献中查到正常细胞应该能传到离划痕4-5层才对,为什么我的做出来没有传输,图我贴上来了,不知是什么问题!!后来我用小鼠原代皮肤
