一般描述
碘化亚锡(II)被广泛用作制备无铅、无毒杂化钙钛矿材料的前体。锡基钙钛矿具有良好的电学和光学特性,如高电荷载体迁移率、吸收系数和低激子结合能。
应用
碘化亚锡(II)可 作为起始原料用于制备高效的 杂化钙钛矿太阳能 电池(HPSC)。少量2D锡薄膜的加入诱导 甲脒氢碘 酸锡(FASnI3)膜产生明确的方向性和良好的结晶 性。这使电荷载体具有更长的使用寿命,并改善了 HPSC的性能。
它也可用于制备可溶液加工的层状杂化物[CH3(CH2)11NH3]SnI3半导体。
