本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法定量检测人Apo H。人Apolipoprotein H/Apo H试剂盒仅供科学研究，不用于临床诊断。载脂蛋白 H (Apo H)，又称为 β2 糖蛋白 I，是一个多功能载脂蛋白，在人类中由 APOH 基因编码。它是一种由肝细胞合成的糖蛋白， 功能之一是结合磷脂。 Apo H 可结合到多种带负电荷的物质上， 如肝素、磷脂和硫酸葡聚糖。 Apo H 参与凝集过程很复杂，可改变 ADP 介导的血小板凝集。它与受损细胞表面的磷脂结合， 进而阻止先天性凝血级联的激活。 通常， 血清中的 Apo H 呈现出抗凝血活性(通过抑制凝血因子)。它的血浆浓度与代谢综合征的改变和 2 型糖尿病的血管病变密切相关， 被作为评估心血管风险的临床指标。
