| 背景描述: | HAEC人主动脉内皮细胞;主动脉是体循环的动脉主干。其运行路径为:升主动脉起于左心室,至右侧第2胸肋关节高度移行为主动脉弓,弓行向左后至第4胸椎体下缘移行为降主动脉;在第12胸椎体高度穿膈的主动脉裂孔移行为腹主动脉,以上为胸主动脉,至第4腰椎体下缘分为左、右髂总动脉;髂总动脉在骶髂关节高度分为髂内、外动脉。HAEC主动脉内皮细胞是覆盖在主动脉内面的单层细胞,可分泌一系列血管活性物质而保持血管稳态,当其受到炎症或其它因素刺激后稳态被破坏而导致一些心血管疾病的发生。因此,HAEC主动脉内皮细胞已成为研究心血管疾病发病机制及治疗药物不可缺少的工具。 |

Human aortic endothelial cells were isolated from autonomic artery tissue. The aorta is the main artery of the systemic circulation. Its running path is as follows: ascending aorta starts from the left ventricle and transitions to the main arterial arch at the height of the second sternocostal joint on the right side, and the arch transitions to the descending aorta from the left back to the lower margin of the fourth thoracic vertebra. At the height of the 12th thoracic vertebra, the aortic hiatus through the diaphragm was transferred to the abdominal aorta, which was above the thoracic aorta. At the lower margin of the 4th lumbar vertebra, it was divided into the left and right common iliac arteries. The common iliac artery is divided into internal and external iliac arteries at the height of the sacroiliac joint. Aortic endothelial cells, a single layer of cells covering the inner surface of the aorta, secrete a series of vasoactive substances to maintain vascular homeostasis. When stimulated by inflammation or other factors, the homeostasis is destroyed, leading to the occurrence of some cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, aortic endothelial cells have become an indispensable tool for studying the pathogenesis and therapeutic drugs of cardiovascular diseases. The endothelial cell, or endothelium, is a thin layer of specialized epithelial cells made up of a flat layer of cells. It forms the inner wall of blood vessels and is the interface between blood and other blood vessel walls (single squamous epithelium) in the vascular lumen. Endothelial cells are found along the entire circulatory system, from the heart down to the smallest microvessels.
