S-9 大鼠肝匀浆/致突变性试验用（Ames试验用）
Ames Test-Rat liver 9,000×g supernatant fraction
◆「S-9」调配方法
将雄性大鼠饲养与SPF环境下，养至7周大小（体重180g-200g）后，把诱导剂Phenobarbital（PB）和5, 6-Benzoflavone（BF）投与大鼠肝脏。
PB是在剖杀前4天连续每天投注，BF则是剖杀前2天投注一次。然后无菌摘取大鼠肝脏，匀浆后9000xg离心，收集S-9上清。调配方法以Ames方法为准。
