Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Neuregulin-1 antibody (GTX101117) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Neuregulin-1 antibody detects Neuregulin-1 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: Neuregulin-1 protein stained by Neuregulin-1 antibody (GTX101117) diluted at 1:500.
Red: Phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

U87-MG whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Neuregulin-1 antibody (GTX101117) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
