Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: E2F1 protein stained by E2F1 antibody [16G7] (GTX70163) diluted at 1:200.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:50.
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with E2F1 antibody [16G7] (GTX70163) diluted at 1:1000. The signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
