ZFP57 antibody detects ZFP57 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and ZFP57 -transfected (+, including 3xFlag-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZFP57 antibody (GTX631717) diluted by 1:5000.
ZFP57 antibody [GT1115] detects ZFP57 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: ZFP57 stained by ZFP57 antibody [GT1115] (GTX631717) diluted at 1:2000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
