Phosphotyrosine antibody detects Phosphotyrosine protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, 1mM Pervanadate treatment for 30min) Raji whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Phosphotyrosine antibody (GTX630143) at a dilution of 1:10000.
Phosphotyrosine antibody [GT0021] detects Phosphotyrosine protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MDA-MB-231 cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: Phosphotyrosine protein stained by Phosphotyrosine antibody [GT0021] (GTX630143) diluted at 1:50.
Red: paxillin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by Paxillin antibody (GTX125891) diluted at 1:100.
