EasyBlocker Western blot analysis of protein A sample. Membrane was blocked with (A) 5% milk or (B) EasyBlocker. Rabbit anti-GST antibody was then used as 1st antibody followed by EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG HRP as second step reagent.
