TRRAP antibody detects TRRAP protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: TRRAP protein stained by TRRAP antibody (GTX129505) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Cross-linked ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract and 5 μg of either control rabbit IgG or anti-TRRAP antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to nucleolin promoter.
TRRAP antibody immunoprecipitates TRRAP protein in IP experiments.
