Wild-type (WT) and RAB6A knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RAB6A antibody (GTX110646) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
RAB6A antibody detects RAB6A protein at Golgi apparatus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A549 cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
