Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of PFA-fixed HeLa, using Syntenin 1(GTX108391) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2000.
Syntenin 1 antibody [N1], N-term detects SDCBP protein at cytosol on mouse liver by immunohistochemical analysis.

Immunoprecipitation of Syntenin 1 protein from U87-MG whole cell extracts using 5 μg of Syntenin 1 antibody [N1], N-term (GTX108391).
Western blot analysis was performed using Syntenin 1 antibody [N1], N-term (GTX108391).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
HeLa whole cell extracts and HeLa exosome extract (3.5 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Syntenin 1 antibody [N1], N-term (GTX108391) diluted at 1:250. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Syntenin 1 antibody [N1], N-term (GTX108391) diluted at 1:500.
