Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR52 antibody (GTX108123) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR52 antibody (GTX108123) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Unboiled A549 whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GPR52 antibody (GTX108123) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
GPR52 antibody detects GPR52 protein at membrane on human small intestine by immunohistochemical analysis.
