Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with UBE2L3 antibody (GTX104717) diluted at 1:1000.
Whole zebrafish extract (30 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with UBE2L3 antibody (GTX104717) diluted at 1:1000.
Immunoprecipitation of UBE2L3 protein from HeLa whole cell extracts using 5 μg of UBE2L3 antibody (GTX104717).
Western blot analysis was performed using UBE2L3 antibody (GTX104717) diluted at 1:500.
