GTX102206 diluted at 1:5000
The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PPP2R1A antibody (GTX102206) diluted at 1:1000.
PPP2R1A antibody detects PPP2R1A protein at cytoplasm in mouse kidney by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse kidney.
