Cytochrome b5 antibody detects Cytochrome b5 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MDCK cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: Cytochrome b5 stained by Cytochrome b5 antibody (GTX101909) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Cytochrome b5 antibody (GTX101909) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
