| 产品描述： | Sperm-associated antigen 5 (SPAG5) is necessary for normal spindle formation during mitosis. SPAG5 consists of a homodimer with a globular head domain and a long stalk or oligomer resulting in aster-like structures that bind to microtubules in the mitotic spindle. SPAG5 is highly expressed in testis and also detected at low levels in placenta, liver, pancreas, thymus and colon. SPAG5 expression is cell cycle-regulated, with an increase from prophase to cytokinesis and return to basal levels at the next G1 phase. |
