| 产品描述： | NF-M (Neurofilament medium polypeptide) is a neurofilament protein. Neurofilaments usually contain three intermediate filament proteins: L, M, and H which are involved in the maintenance of neuronal caliber. Phosphorylation seems to play a major role in the functioning of the larger neurofilament polypeptides (NF-M and NF-H), the levels of phosphorylation being altered developmentally and coincident with a change in the neurofilament function. NF-M is phosphorylated in the head and rod regions by the PKC kinase PKN1, leading to inhibition of polymerization. |

superskyfly 我自己都觉得我自己很牛，千百人都做出来的试验，我就是做不出来。质粒用的是Promega p4.32-NF-kB-Luc, 转染用的是Invitrogen的Lipofactamin, 激活用的是Sigma生产的PMA和PHA-P,Assay用的是Promega dual,结果加了PMA和PHA的和不加的读数几乎没有区别。加了compound的和不加的也没有区别。 用过PC3, Jurkat, A549，HCT116都是一样。
