2×Hieff® PCR Master Mix是即用型的常规PCR预混合溶液，含有Hieff® Taq DNA Polymerase（货号：10101）、dNTP混合物、MgCl2以及优化的缓冲体系。反应时只需加入引物和模板即可进行扩增，大大简化实验的操作步骤。
产品中含有溴酚蓝染料，PCR产物可以直接进行电泳。本产品中含有优良的稳定剂，在4℃条件下可以放置3个月。PCR产物具有3’-dA突出端，可轻松克隆至T载体。
储存条件
-25~-15℃保存，有效期2年。

【注】：使用前请务必将其彻底混匀。
1）模板使用量：基因组DNA：50-200 ng；质粒DNA：0.1-10 ng。
2）Mg2+浓度：本产品中含有3 mM的MgCl2，适合大部分PCR反应。
3）退火温度：请参考引物的理论Tm值，退火温度可设置低于引物理论值2-5℃。
4）延伸时间：分子鉴定建议30 sec/kb。基因克隆建议60 sec/kb，以保证产物量达到最高。

应用实例
图1：2×Hieff® PCR Master Mix扩增1.2 kb片段。产品分别在-20℃放置1年，4°C放置3个月，25℃放置1个月后均可有效扩增目的片段。模板：拟南芥基因组；退火温度：60℃；延伸时间：40 sec。
