Aminoallyl-dUTP在Taq DNA Polymerase、phi29 DNA Polymerase、Klenow Fragment, exo–、Klenow Fragment、DNAPolymerase I和逆转 录酶催化下掺入新合成DNA产物中。含有氨基的DNA可被与氨基反应的荧光染料、生物素和半抗原所标记。
