产品介绍
Human CD3/CD28 positive control in ELISPOT is useful as a polyclonal T-cell activator in the human ELISPOT assays. The vial contains two antibodies specifiec for human CD3 and CD28. A variety of different cytokine are elicited by this antibody combination including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-10 and IL-13. The recommended working concentration is 100x in culture medium containing > 10E4 human PBMC/ml. Upon ordering, you will receive one vial which is sufficient to analyze 50 ELISPOT samples.
