Intended use
This monoclonal antibody enables specific detection of mouse IgG2b in immunoassays such as ELISpot and ELISA.
Recommendation
MG2b is recommended as detection mAb in ELISpot in combination with capture mAbs MT24/JC5-1 (product code 3876-3) or with coated antigen. The antibody is also suitable for antigen-specific ELISA.
