• 血清：采血后室温凝固 30 min，离心取上清，避免溶血；

1. 试剂与样本平衡至室温，按随盒技术资料配制标准品、洗涤液及工作液；
2. 设置标准品孔、样本孔与空白孔，加入相应液体；

4. 加入显色底物避光反应，加入终止液终止；
5. 于酶标仪读取吸光度（常规 450 nm），计算结果。
