C1INH（NCBI Gene ID 710，官方基因名 SERPING1）。This gene encodes a highly glycosylated plasma protein involved in the regulation of the complement cascade. Its encoded protein, C1 inhibitor, inhibits activated C1r and C1s of the first complement component and thus regulates complement activation.

本试剂盒适用于 Serum,、plasma、and、other、biological、fluids。样本采集后请按下列要点处理：
- 血清：采血后室温凝固 30 min，离心取上清，避免溶血；
- 血浆：使用合适抗凝剂采集，及时离心分离；
- 细胞培养上清：离心去除细胞碎片后取上清；
- 组织匀浆：按质量体积比加入裂解/匀浆缓冲液，离心取上清。
样本如不能立即检测，请分装后低温保存，避免反复冻融。

- 试剂与样本平衡至室温，按随盒技术资料配制标准品、洗涤液及工作液；
- 设置标准品孔、样本孔与空白孔，加入相应液体；
- 孵育后洗板，加入酶标试剂再次孵育并洗涤；
- 加入显色底物避光反应，加入终止液终止；
- 于酶标仪读取吸光度（常规 450 nm），计算结果。
结果计算与标准曲线
以标准品浓度为横坐标、吸光度值为纵坐标绘制标准曲线（推荐四参数或对数拟合），将样本 OD 值代入求得浓度；超出曲线上限的样本请稀释后复测，结果乘以稀释倍数。
注意事项
- 本品仅供科研使用，不可用于临床诊断；
- 试剂请按 试剂盒 2-8℃ 避光保存，不得冷冻；复溶后的标准品请按要求分装并于 -20℃ 保存，避免反复冻融。；
