本试剂盒适用于 Serum,、plasma、and、other、biological、fluids。样本采集后请按下列要点处理：

• 血清：采血后室温凝固 30 min，离心取上清，避免溶血；
• 血浆：使用合适抗凝剂采集，及时离心分离；
• 细胞培养上清：离心去除细胞碎片后取上清；
• 组织匀浆：按质量体积比加入裂解/匀浆缓冲液，离心取上清。

样本如不能立即检测，请分装后低温保存，避免反复冻融。

1. 试剂与样本平衡至室温，按随盒技术资料配制标准品、洗涤液及工作液；
2. 设置标准品孔、样本孔与空白孔，加入相应液体；
3. 孵育后洗板，加入酶标试剂再次孵育并洗涤；
4. 加入显色底物避光反应，加入终止液终止；
5. 于酶标仪读取吸光度（常规 450 nm），计算结果。

结果计算与标准曲线

以标准品浓度为横坐标、吸光度值为纵坐标绘制标准曲线（推荐四参数或对数拟合），将样本 OD 值代入求得浓度；超出曲线上限的样本请稀释后复测，结果乘以稀释倍数。
