描述:Fusidic acid sodium salt (SQ-16360) is a sodium salt form of fusidic acid, a bacteriostatic antibiotic derived from the fungus Fusidium coccineum and used as a topical medication to treat skin infections.

文献和实验绯红梭链孢（ Fusidium coccineum）产生的甾族抗菌素，只对革兰氏阳性菌表现抑制作用。它抑制细菌及真核细胞蛋白质的生物合成。据称它的作用机制是使肽链延长因子 EF-G（或 EF-2）、二磷酸鸟苷及核糖核蛋白体形成稳定的复合物，而阻碍其解离。
生理酸性盐（physiologically acid salt）
指植物根系在某种盐溶液中，对其阳离子吸收的量大于阴离子时，造成溶液 pH值下降，则称该盐为生理酸性盐。例如，将植物培养在硫酸钾（ K2 SO4 ）溶液中，由于植物对钾的需要量大于对硫的需要量，因此，根系吸收 K 量较 SO2- 4 为多。为保持体内电性平衡，根细胞向外界分泌质子（ H ），使溶液中 H 增加， pH值下降。这是由于根系生理活动的结果，由此而得名。
