SARS-CoV SΔ3 antibody detects SARS-CoV SΔ3 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and SARS-CoV SΔ3-transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SARS-CoV SΔ3 antibody (GTX632603) diluted at 1:1000.
