In Vitro: Panaxadiol (1-10 μM, 12 h) inhibits PD-L1 expression in human colon cancer cells.
Panaxadiol (1-10 μM, 12 h) inhibits the expression of PD-L1 by suppressing HIF-1α and STAT3 in HCT116 cells.

In Vivo: Panaxadiol (oral gavage; 10 or 30 mg/kg; once every 3 days; 30 d) inhibits the growth of HCT116 cells in a xenograft model.
