产品活性：Idoxuridine (5-Iodo-2′-deoxyuridine, 5-IUdR, IdUrd) 是一种碘化的胸苷类似物，可竞争性抑制磷酸化酶 (phosphorylases)。 Idoxuridine 可以通过抑制 DNA 聚合酶 (DNA polymerase)，影响病毒的复制，从而抑制病毒活性，特别是眼部病毒性感染，包括单纯疱疹性角膜炎。Idoxuridine 作用于猫疱疹病毒的 IC50 值为 4.3 μM。Idoxuridine 具有抗正痘病毒活性。

In Vitro: Idoxuridine (2-10 μM, 72 hours) has the IC50 value of 4.3 μM of antiviral.
In Vivo: Idoxuridine (intraperitoneal injection, 50-200 mg/kg, 3 times, 3 hours interval) can stimulate the production of hemolysin plaque-forming cells (HPFC) to sheep red blood cells (SRBC) in C3HeB/FeJ female and male mice and A/J male mice.

文献和实验（idoxuridine）又名疱疹净，竞争性抑制胸苷酸合成酶，使DNA合成受阻，故能抑制DNA病毒，如HSV和牛痘病毒的生长，对RNA病毒无效。本品全身应用毒性大，临床仅限于局部用药，以治疗眼部或皮肤疱疹病毒和牛痘病毒的感染，对急性上皮型疱疹性角膜炎疗效最好，对慢性溃疡性实质层疱疹性角膜炎疗效很差，对疱疹性角膜虹膜炎无效。局部反应有痛、痒，结膜炎和水肿等。 三、阿昔洛韦 阿昔洛韦（acyclovir）又名无环鸟苷，是核苷类抗DNA病毒药。抗疱疹病毒作用比碘苷强10倍，比阿糖腺苷强160
宿主抗病毒能力等。常用抗病毒药有： 一、金刚烷胺 金刚烷胺（amantadine）能特异性地抑制甲型流感病毒，干扰RNA病毒穿入宿主细胞，它还能抑制病毒脱壳及核酸的释放，可用于甲型流感的防治，但对乙型流感病毒、麻疹病毒、腮腺炎病毒和单纯疱疹病毒（HSV）无效。它还能抗震颤麻痹（见第十六章）。口服易吸收，在体内不被代谢，约90%以原形自尿排出，血浆t1/2约12～17小时。不良反应有厌食、恶心、头痛、眩晕、失眠、共济失调等。 二、碘苷 碘苷（idoxuridine
