SD0006 (3.75, 7.5 and 15 mg/kg; p.o.; b.i.d.) is highly effective in attenuating SCW-induced inflammation as shown by the dose-dependent inhibition of paw swelling.

文献和实验在原核生物中, 核糖体中与mRNA结合位点位于16S rRNA 的3＇端,mRNA中与核糖体16S rRNA结合的序列称为SD序列(SD sequence),它是1974年由J.Shine 和 L.Dalgarno发现的,故此而命名。SD序列是mRNA中5＇端富含嘌呤的短核苷酸序列,一般位于mRNA的起始密码AUG的上游5～10个碱基处,并且同16S rRNA 3＇端的序列互补。
SD是细胞体－树突（ somatodendritic）的略称。在神经元的峰电位中，其由细胞体（ soma）和树突（ dendrite）的兴奋所引起的峰电位，称 SD峰。因为在多数神经元中，轴突始部产生动作电位的阈值低于细胞体和树突，所以首先产生 IS峰，随着其在轴突上的传导， IS峰可引起 SD峰。逆向性传导时，是按轴突→ Is→ SD进行，在 IS→ SD之间容易引起传导延迟和阻滞。
