ibidi微孔板专为细胞培养、免疫荧光及高端显微镜技术设计，提供灵活的孔径尺寸、孔容积及底板材质选择。该系列提供6孔至384孔规格，所有微孔板均具备用户友好特性，适用于多重检测与高通量应用，确保卓越光学品质并兼容自动化系统。
大多数µ-Plates提供两种底板选择：#1.5 ibidi Polymer Coverslip 聚合物盖玻片或 #1.5H Glass Coverslip Bottom 玻璃盖玻片底板——两者均具备卓越光学透光性，适用于明场、相差及共聚焦等高分辨成像技术（玻璃底可超高分辨率（TIRF、STED、STORM和单分子））。经组织培养处理的ibiTreat聚合物盖玻片可支持大多数细胞类型生长，无需额外涂层，显著简化细胞显微操作流程。
尽管在标准显微镜应用中，聚合物盖玻片与玻璃盖玻片差异微小，但材料的选择会显著影响透射全内反射（TIRF）和超分辨率显微镜等先进技术，对于需要特殊显微技术的如超高分辨率、TIRF和单分子显微镜，推荐使用#1.5H Glass Coverslip bottom玻璃底的。
