Objective: this kit is used to determine the content of serum, plasma and related liquid samples.
Operation steps:
Dilution and addition of 1 standard products:

文献和实验佚名 （一）超抗原的概念 超抗原（supper antigen,Sag）是一类由细菌外毒素和逆转录病毒蛋白构成的抗原性物质。它们能与多数T细胞结合并为T细胞活化提供信号。而上述的普通抗原只能与少数对应T细胞结合并使之活化。因此称这种能与多数T细胞结合的抗原为超抗原。 （二）超抗原与T细胞结合的特征 超抗原主要与CD
原。 八．超抗原(superantigen, SAg) 一类通过与MHC-II类分子（APC)和TCR-Vb(T 细胞）结合，刺激表达有特殊TCR-Vb 的T细胞亚群活化的抗原分子。 SAg的作用特点： （1）具有强激活T细胞（CD4+T细胞）作用---可刺激T细胞总数的5～20%； （2）不需APC处理---直接与MHC-II类分子和TCR-Vb结合； （3）不受MHC限制---同MHC-II类分子结合，增加TCR与SAg的亲和力； （4）可激活T细胞，又可致T细胞产生免疫
