Objective: this kit is used to determine the content of serum, plasma and related liquid samples.
Operation steps:
Dilution and addition of 1 standard products:

和NF-KB能被分泌到细胞外吗？ ws88523758 不要意思，更正一下 我测NF-KB用的是细胞核提取液，用专门的细胞核提取试剂盒；而ikb用的样品是细胞质提取液，是按其说明书自己买试剂盒提取的。 我测的ikb的值较低，我在ELISA用的每孔加50、100、200、300ul，及用1个100mm的培养皿的细胞提取的细胞质，均不能提高ikb的od值，是否存在加大浓度太大，可能再稀释会好点？有人做过吗？ 最后先谢谢magichunter的回复
