Operation steps:

金黄色葡萄球菌A蛋白（staphylococcal protein A，SPA）可与IC中IgG的Fc段结合。将待测血清用低浓度PEG沉淀后加至SPA包被的固相载体上，再以酶标记的SPA与之反应，即可检测样本中有无IC。1、试剂（1）5%与2.5%PEG用0.02mol/LpH7.4PBS配制；（2）牛血清白蛋白（BSA）缓冲液：用0.05mol/L pH 7.4PBS配制。含0.01mol/L EDTA、0.1%硫柳汞、0.05%Tween 20及4%BSA；（3）HRP-SPA用改良过碘酸
