Objective: this kit is used to determine the content of serum, plasma and related liquid samples.
Operation steps:

文献和实验血浆胆固醇酯转移蛋白（cholesterolestertransferprotein，CETP）
。 CETP促进各脂蛋白之间脂质的交换和转运。CETP在完成和促进胆固醇逆转过程中充当着重要的角色。周围组织细胞膜的游离胆固醇与HDL结合后，被LCAT酯化成胆固醇酯，移入HDL核心，并可通过CETP转移给VLDL、LDL，再被肝的LDL及VLDL受体摄取入肝细胞，至此，完成了胆固醇从周围末梢组织细胞经HDL转运到肝细胞的过程，称之为胆固醇的逆转运（reversecholesteroltransport，RCT）。

问：各位大侠能不能告诉我碱性磷酸酯酶标记的蛋白A和IgG二者在elisa中有何区别！它们的实验效果有什么不同？答；是有所不同的，前者是运用蛋白A与抗体（可以是各种可与抗原反应免疫球蛋白）的fc'片断进行非特异性的结合而起到代替二抗的效果。而IgG是针对一抗（主要是某一特定的与抗原反应的Ig，可能会因为轻链的相同的产生交叉反应）的抗抗体，其反应是特异性的。因而在实验中要根据你的需要来做选择，前者是不能很好的区分Ig的种类，而后者可以。这在疾病诊断中是很有意义的。
