Objective: this kit is used to determine the content of serum, plasma and related liquid samples.
Operation steps:

3天至12个月，平均3.6±3.7月，6月以内发病者27例，7～12月发病7例，病例分别来自山东省立医院、千佛山医院、山东省医学科学院内科及儿科。诊断符合糖尿病诊断标准。22例有明显上呼吸道感染史，均发生酮症酸中毒。采集空腹血清，检测病毒及胰岛细胞抗体。正常对照10例，男6例，女4例，年龄10～36岁。CMV、CBV、EBV及风疹病毒PCR检测试剂盒由上海中亚生物基因研究所提供，由山东省医学科学院基础研究所检测。胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)检测采用组织化学方法检测，取胰岛组织切片，3%H2O2处理
